In the heart of the Hackathon for Tourism Innovation in Vardar Region, today we have hosted a Round Table event with the theme THE FUTURE OF TOURISM IS NOW.
Moderated by Zoran Todorovski- tourism expert with over 20 years of experience in the field, our panel of Guest Speakers brought their experience to the table:- Zoran Kovacevski, Operational Manager at VR-port.mk, Skopje (a pioneer in VR creation).

- Goce Popov, Manager at Wine cellar Popovi – Tikves Region
Through discussion participants have identified opportunities for growth, addressed challenges, and chart a course for a sustainable and innovative future for tourism.
As a special treat, participants were invited to explore the immersive VR (Virtual Reality) corner.
The VR corner was more than just a fun diversion; it offered a fascinating insight into the transformative power of technology within the tourism industry. It underscored the fact that the technologies we discussed weren’t just abstract ideas but tangible tools that are already reshaping the way people experience the world and travel.
Activities are part of the INNO-ECOSYSTEM project, co-funded by the European Union and national funds of the participating countries through the Interreg IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Program.
